Discover Siempre Plata, created by Master Distiller Sergio Cruz. Grown on the Vivanco Family Estate Farms, this tequila showcases the unique terroir of Jalisco.
The “Mozart Method” of fermentation and a blend of rum and champagne yeast achieves a balanced flavor that combines highland and lowland characteristics. Siempre Plata is an exceptional tequila that appeals to both enthusiasts and newcomers, embodying the artistry and complexity of the craft.
To be conscious of the environment, Siempre’s bottles are made of 100% recycled glass. Labels are made of agave and hemp fibers, and closures are 100% cork, a completely renewable source. Best of all, the materials are sourced within 100km of their distilleries.

Tequila Rebel Cask Reposado
- About Rebel Cask
- Tasting Notes
- Production
Siempre Rebel Cask is a prohibition-style rebellious range of aged expressions where we age our Siempre Supremo Tequila in everything from rare bourbon casks to French dessert wine, and even ex-maple syrup barrels. Each batch is dangerously unique and extremely scarce, making Rebel Cask stand out in a traditionally conservative category.
Rebel Cask is produced in Tequila, Mexico, where our barrelhouse has the capacity to house hundreds of unique and lawless expressions. Every lot will always taste different from another.
We use our wild-fermented Supremo Plata tequila and fill it into barrels at still strength.
Tequila Supremo Tahona
- About Supremo Tahona
- Tasting Notes
- Production
A high-proof, wild-fermented tequila crafted from 100% tahona-crushed Supremo agave, the world’s most expensive agave, prized for its high sugar content.
Baked in traditional brick ovens, crushed using a volcanic stone wheel, and naturally fermented, it’s distilled twice in alambique stills. The result is a complex blend of citrus, agave, vanilla, basil, olive, lime, pineapple, ripe fruit, mint, salt, and pepper flavors with earthy, vegetal, sweet agave notes.
Bottled at still strength, it’s best enjoyed neat or over ice.
Tequila Exclusivo Vivo
- About Exclusivo Vivo
- Tasting Notes
- Production
Siempre Exclusivo-Vivo is a unique tequila, part of our Exclusivo series, that offers ultra-limited expressions each year.
This expression references an old Hispanic-Peruvian production method of distilling live yeast, a technique either lost or only now applied in the tequila world.
Created in partnership with renowned Master Tequilero, Sergio Cruz, and International Tequila Academy founder Adam Fodor, this is Siempre’s most exclusive tequila to date.
Tequila Exclusivo Muerto
- About Exclusivo Muerto
- Tasting Notes
- Production
Introducing Siempre Exclusivo Muerto, the latest ultra-limited release in Siempre’s Exclusivo series, crafted for those who seek the extraordinary. Co-founder Alex Lacroix and Master Tequilero Sergio Cruz (of the renowned Vivanco family distillery, NOM 1414) have pushed the boundaries of traditional tequila production, delivering an experience unlike anything seen in modern tequila.
Muerto embarks on a world-first journey by allowing the yeast to die, evolve, and rest over a three-week “afterlife,” building complexity much like the malolactic fermentation found in the finest rums. The process is enhanced by the Mozart method, playing classical music during fermentation, which helps deepen the connection between agave and yeast.
Two Distinctive Batches:
- Batch One: Agave from the Puerta de la Carreta fields, wild-fermented for 28 days.
- Batch Two: Agave from Capulin Verde, wild-fermented with fibers for 32 days.
These batches are combined at still-strength, filtered through volcanic rocks, and bottled at a powerful 109 proof without dilution. The result is a rich, bold tequila with layered complexity, perfect for aficionados who appreciate the raw, unfiltered expression of artisanal tequila.
Only 4,500 bottles available, offering a rare chance to experience the afterlife of tequila.
