Most tequila is allowed to hide a little something. We don't add anything — and here's exactly why that matters in your glass.
Here's a thing most people don't know: under the rules that govern tequila, a brand is allowed to add up to one percent of its volume in extras — sugar-based sweeteners, glycerin for body, caramel colour, oak-flavour extract — and put none of it on the label. One percent doesn't sound like much. In a spirit this delicate, it's the difference between tasting agave and tasting a recipe.
Our whole recipe is agave
Siempre is made without added sugars, flavors or chemicals — third-party verified. What's in the bottle is 100% Blue Weber agave, distilled and rested, and nothing else. No sweetener to round off the edges. No colour to fake a few extra months in oak. No vanilla extract standing in for craftsmanship.
When you taste our Plata and get bright citrus, cooked agave, and a clean mineral finish — that's the highlands of Jalisco, not a flavour house. When the Reposado tastes like soft toasted oak, that's because it actually sat in hand-charred American oak, not because someone poured in a shortcut.
Why hide it, if it's good?
That's the question we kept coming back to. If the liquid is honest, the label should be too. So we get it verified, we say it out loud, and we let the pour make the rest of the argument.
