- —½ oz agave nectar
- —8 mint leaves
The build
- 01Gently press the mint with agave in the tin — don't shred it.
- 02Add reposado and pack with crushed ice. Swizzle till the tin sweats.
- 03Mound more crushed ice and crown with a fat mint bouquet.
