In the glass
- —2 oz Siempre Plata
- —1 oz prickly pear (tuna) purée
- —¾ oz fresh lime juice
- —½ oz agave nectar
- —½ oz orange liqueur
The build
- 01Press ripe prickly pear through a fine strainer for the purée.
- 02Shake everything hard with ice.
- 03Strain over fresh ice in a salted glass. Lime wheel.
