- —½ oz dry vermouth
- —Mezcal, to rinse the glass
The build
- 01Rinse a chilled martini glass with mezcal, discard the excess.
- 02Stir Plata and vermouth over ice until very cold.
- 03Strain into the rinsed glass. Lemon twist over the top.
