In the glass
- —2 oz Siempre Plata
- —¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- —½ oz agave nectar
- —1 egg white
- —Soda water to top
The build
- 01Dry-shake Plata, lemon, agave and egg white hard, no ice.
- 02Add ice, shake again until frothy, strain into a chilled glass.
- 03Top with a splash of soda to lift the foam. Lemon wheel.
